Cooking is the one craft where you don’t have to figure out where to put your finished product. Sculpting – love it! Welding, god I want to learn how to do it! But what on earth am I going to do with all this big stuff once it’s completed?
Where cooking goes into our bellies. And we’re left with the memories of a lovely meal.
These were butternut squash ravioli finished with some fried sage browned butter and olive oil. And I finally got a chance to pull out my ravioli maker I picked up in a kitchen store in Sorrento, Italy a while back.
Pasta making is a fun, tactile project.
