Returns
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email me at jewelry@tobydesign.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? I’m happy to exchange items within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Please reach out and we’ll sort it out together.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please double-check all details (sizing, spelling, metal type) before confirming your custom order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email me within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. I’ll make it right.
