Truth be told, I’ve been bugging Dave FOR YEARS to make me some large-holed beads to add to my collection.

I’ve always browsed through the jewelry stores at the mall and have been outraged when I look at the Pandora beads for sale. You paid what??? for what???

So here, let me help you. These beads are beautiful…one of a kind. Made by a true craftsman (a goofy one, but a true craftsman).

Enjoy looking through them. I know I do.

Save em for a rainy day, I guess. Cause it’s gonna be raining like cats n dogs soon (in fact, it’s started this week already). Ah summer, we hardly new you.

Anyway, this recipe looked yumm-o. And the write up says it goes really good with stinky cheese…how can you turn that down.

The results…oh momma! Where’s that stinky cheese? And maybe some crusty bread. Maybe winter won’t be so dreary after all.

But how cool are these? I can totally picture making some beautiful braided chains to hold some of Dave’s lampwork beads.

Hmmm…off to the lab to experiment!

Oh wait. I need to get these christmas orders out the door.

So my little 25 buck increments have helped shoemakers in Bolivia, farmers in Uganda, and a fisherwoman in Samoa (I lean towards women owned businesses…girl power, you know). I’m amazed to see this stuff work.
